Aircraft Protocol
UNIDROIT is designated as Depositary of the Convention. The functions of the Depositary are set out in the Convention.
Under Article XXXVII(1) of the Protocol to the Cape Town Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters specific to Aircraft Equipment
Luxembourg Protocol
UNIDROIT is designated as Depositary of the Protocol. The functions of the Depository are set out in the Aircraft Protocol.
Under Article XXXIV(1) of the Luxembourg Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters specific to Railway Rolling Stock
