UNIDROIT welcomes information Contracting States provide to it about their laws and policies relating to matters covered by the Convention and its Protocols. Such information is provided at the discretion of the Contracting State and is separate and distinct from any declarations deposited by that State with the Depositary pursuant to the Convention and its Protocols.
