img02On 15 February Senior legal Officer William Brydie-Watson presented on “UNIDROIT instruments that support access to credit” at a Workshop for APEC Member Economies on the World Bank’s Ease of Doing Business Index. The presentation focused on how the Cape Town Convention and its Protocols (including the recently adopted MAC Protocol) could facilitate access to credit in the Asia-Pacific region. UNIDROIT has been granted formal Guest Status with the APEC Economic Committee for the period 2020 - 2022.
