DESCRIPTION:Register now for the 10th Annual International Arbitration Lecture jointly organised by Roma Tre University and UNIDROIT\, which will be held at UNIDROIT and online on 22 September 2023 at 17:30 (CEST)! \nThis year’s topic\, “The UNIDROIT Principles as a Tool for the Internationalisation of Contracts by Arbitral Tribunals”\, will be covered by Alexis Mourre\, Founding Partner of MGC Arbitration and former President of ICC Arbitration\, with a welcome address by Maria Chiara Malaguti and Andrea Zoppini. \nThe Annual Lecture will be preceded by a cocktail reception at 16:30 (CEST) and can be attended in person at the UNIDROIT Library in Rome or online. \nUpon registration please specify your preferred mode of attendance. \nInstructions to join the Annual Lecture online will be sent the day before the event.
