possession, contr\u00f4le ou garde du bien; immobilisation du bien; location ou gestion du bien et de ses produits), de dix (10) jours calendaires pour les proc\u00e9dures judiciaires relatives \u00e0 l\u2019exercice des voies de droit en vertu de l\u2019article 13, paragraphe 1, alin\u00e9as a) \u00e0 c) et de trente (30) jours pour les proc\u00e9dures judiciaires relatives \u00e0 l\u2019exercice des voies de droit en vertu de l\u2019article 13, paragraphe 1, alin\u00e9as d) et e).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>D\u00e9claration relative \u00e0 l\u2019article XXVII (3) concernant l\u2019article IX, qui pr\u00e9voit l\u2019application de l\u2019article IX, Variante A, \u00e0 tous les types de proc\u00e9dures d\u2019insolvabilit\u00e9<\/strong><br \/>\nLa R\u00e9publique du Paraguay d\u00e9clare qu\u2019elle appliquera l\u2019article IX, Variante A, \u00e0 tous les types de proc\u00e9dures d\u2019insolvabilit\u00e9 et que le d\u00e9lai d\u2019attente aux fins de l\u2019article IX(4) de cette variante sera de trente (30) jours civils.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>D\u00e9claration relative \u00e0 l\u2019article 60(1) de la Convention du Cap telle qu\u2019elle s\u2019applique uniquement au Protocole ferroviaire de Luxembourg.<\/strong><br \/>\nLa R\u00e9publique du Paraguay d\u00e9clare que la Convention deviendra applicable \u00e0 un droit ou \u00e0 une garantie pr\u00e9existant pour la d\u00e9termination des priorit\u00e9s, y compris la protection de toute priorit\u00e9 existante, \u00e0 la date qui suivra le troisi\u00e8me anniversaire de la prise d\u2019effet de la pr\u00e9sente d\u00e9claration.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1490017614850{margin-bottom: 30px !important;}&#8221;][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;D&#8221;
