text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #c20e0e;\">Ces d\u00e9clarations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 notifi\u00e9es \u00e0 UNIDROIT par le Gouvernement de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo en tant que d\u00e9clarations subs\u00e9quentes conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article XXXIII(1) du Protocole a\u00e9ronautique, le 28 avril 2025, et conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article XXXIII(2) du Protocole a\u00e9ronautique elles ont pris effet le 1er novembre 2025<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Article XXX(1)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo d\u00e9clare, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article XXX(1) du Protocole, qu\u2019elle appliquera l\u2019article VIII du Protocole.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo d\u00e9clare, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&#8217;article XXX(1) du Protocole, qu&#8217;elle appliquera l&#8217;article XII du Protocole.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo d\u00e9clare, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article XXX(1) du Protocole, qu\u2019elle appliquera l\u2019article XIII du Protocole.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Article XXX(2)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo d\u00e9clare, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&#8217;article XXX(2) du Protocole, qu&#8217;elle appliquera l&#8217;article X du Protocole et, \u00e0 cet effet, \u00ab bref d\u00e9lai \u00bb signifiera le nombre de jours ouvrables (i) pour les recours sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s aux articles 13(1)(a), (b) et (c) de la Convention, \u00e9gal \u00e0 10 jours ouvrables au plus, et (ii) pour les recours sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s aux articles 13(1)(d) et (e) de la Convention, \u00e9gal \u00e0 30 jours ouvrables au plus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Article XXX(3)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo d\u00e9clare, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&#8217;article XXX(3) du Protocole, qu&#8217;elle appliquera l&#8217;article XI, Variante A du Protocole dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les types de proc\u00e9dures d&#8217;insolvabilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 toutes les situations d&#8217;insolvabilit\u00e9 et que le d\u00e9lai d&#8217;attente aux fins de l&#8217;article XI(3), Variante A sera de 30 jours ouvrables.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 *<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unidroit.org\/fr\/instruments\/garanties-internationales\/convention-du-cap\/etats-parties\/d-republique-democratique-du-congo\/\">D\u00e9clarations d\u00e9pos\u00e9es par R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo en vertu de la Convention du Cap<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1490017614850{margin-bottom: 30px !important;}&#8221;][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;D&#8221;
