Le 23 septembre 2022, William Brydie-Watson, Fonctionnaire principal, a fait une pr\u00e9sentation en ligne sur le projet de Loi type d’UNIDROIT sur l’affacturage lors d’une conf\u00e9rence \u00e0 Istanbul, en T\u00fcrkiye. Organis\u00e9e par FCI(*)<\/sup> et la Banque europ\u00e9enne pour la reconstruction et le d\u00e9veloppement (BERD), la conf\u00e9rence a port\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9cents d\u00e9veloppements r\u00e9gionaux concernant l’affacturage en Europe centrale, orientale et du Sud-Est. UNIDROIT m\u00e8ne actuellement une consultation en ligne sur le projet de Loi type sur l’affacturage. Les commentaires doivent \u00eatre envoy\u00e9s avant le 21 octobre.
