Le 20 mai 2024, UNIDROIT a \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 \u00e0 donner une conf\u00e9rence (en ligne, en anglais) sur le DROIT DE L\u2019ART ET DU PATRIMOINE CULTUREL aux Universit\u00e9s Fahrenheit (Universit\u00e9 de Gda\u0144sk \u2013 Universit\u00e9 de technologie de Gda\u0144sk \u2013 Universit\u00e9 de m\u00e9decine de Gda\u0144sk \u2013 https:\/\/faru.edu.pl\/en<\/a>) par le Prof. dr hab. Kamil Zeidler, Pr\u00e9sident du D\u00e9partement de th\u00e9orie et de philosophie de l\u2019\u00c9tat et du droit, Facult\u00e9 de droit et d\u2019administration de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Gda\u0144sk. Le professeur Zeidler est \u00e9galement partenaire du Projet acad\u00e9mique de la Convention d\u2019UNIDROIT<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s une br\u00e8ve pr\u00e9sentation par le Prof. Zeidler, la session a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par Mme Paula Chmielowska de la Facult\u00e9 de droit et d\u2019administration de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Gda\u0144sk et Mme Marina Schneider, Juriste principale et D\u00e9positaire des trait\u00e9s \u00e0 UNIDROIT, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les <\/em>instruments d\u2019UNIDROIT<\/em><\/a> pour lutter contre le trafic illicite des biens culturels et le nouveau Groupe de travail sur les <\/em>objets orphelins<\/em><\/a>,<\/em> avec un focus sur la Pologne. La conf\u00e9rence en ligne \u00e9tait \u00e9galement ouverte au public de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 et a \u00e9t\u00e9 suivie d\u2019une s\u00e9ance anim\u00e9e de questions-r\u00e9ponses.<\/p>\n

Cette pr\u00e9sentation faisait partie d\u2019une s\u00e9ries de cours sur l\u2019art et le droit, dont le dernier aura lieu le 10 juin 2024:<\/p>\n
