Organis\u00e9 par la Banque europ\u00e9enne pour la reconstruction et le d\u00e9veloppement (BERD), le Programme de facilitation des \u00e9changes (PTF) et le FCI, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a r\u00e9uni des banques, des r\u00e9gulateurs, des d\u00e9cideurs politiques, des entreprises, des PME et des experts de l\u2019industrie pour discuter de la fa\u00e7on dont les r\u00e9formes de l\u2019affacturage peuvent augmenter l\u2019acc\u00e8s au cr\u00e9dit dans la r\u00e9gion. Pendant la conf\u00e9rence, M. William Brydie-Watson, Fonctionnaire senior d\u2019UNIDROIT, a fait une pr\u00e9sentation en ligne intitul\u00e9e \u201cthe role of the UNIDROIT Model Law on Factoring in facilitating factoring reform in the Western Balkans\u201d. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a r\u00e9uni plus de 80 participants de Bulgarie, Gr\u00e8ce, Kosovo, Mac\u00e9doine du Nord, Mont\u00e9n\u00e9gro et Serbie.
