Neale Bergman, Fonctionnaire juridique d\u2019UNIDROIT, a fait une pr\u00e9sentation sur la pr\u00e9paration en cours du futur Guide l\u00e9gislatif sur les contrats d&#8217;investissement en terres agricoles d\u2019UNIDROIT&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>dans le cadre du Panel sur \u201cLes grands investissements &#8211; Protection des droits humains et de l&#8217;environnement\u201d lors de la Annual Conference on Land and Poverty (Washington, 25-29 mars 2019). La pr\u00e9sentation et le document d&#8217;accompagnement ont permis de mieux faire conna\u00eetre les travaux d&#8217;UNIDROIT dans le domaine du droit priv\u00e9 et du d\u00e9veloppement agricole, en particulier le futur Guide l\u00e9gislatif et la mani\u00e8re dont ses orientations pourraient contribuer \u00e0 la protection des droits humains et de l&#8217;environnement.
