Organis\u00e9e conjointement par NatLaw, par l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 Carlos III de Madrid et par l\u2019International Insolvency Institute, la Conf\u00e9rence a r\u00e9uni des repr\u00e9sentants de la Banque mondiale, de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 financi\u00e8re internationale (IFC), de la CNUDCI, de la Banque europ\u00e9enne pour la reconstruction et le d\u00e9veloppement (BERD), de l\u2019Organisation des Etats Am\u00e9ricains (OEA) et de l&#8217;APEC, ainsi que des universitaires de renom. Elle avait pour objectif de faire progresser les discussions de la premi\u00e8re Conf\u00e9rence de coordination qui s\u2019\u00e9tait tenue les 9 et 10 f\u00e9vrier 2017 \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Pennsylvannie. Dans ce cadre, M.
