Y ont pris part des experts internationaux, des agents charg\u00e9s de la tenue des registres, des repr\u00e9sentants gouvernementaux et des parties prenantes du secteur priv\u00e9 pour discuter de l&#8217;\u00e9ventuelle future mise en \u0153uvre du Protocole MAC en Espagne. Le Professeur Ignacio Tirado, Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral d&#8217;UNIDROIT, a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 l\u2019atelier qui a comport\u00e9 des expos\u00e9s de la Professeure Anna Veneziano (Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9rale adjointe d&#8217;UNIDROIT), de Mme Teresa de las Heras Ballell Rodriguez (Professeur de droit commercial \u00e0 l&#8217;Universidad Carlos III de Madrid), de M. Marek Dubovec (Director of Global Outreach du Groupe de travail sur le Protocole MAC) et de M.
