Le Prof. Ignacio TIRADO (Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019UNIDROIT) et le Prof. Andrea Zoppini (Facult\u00e9 de droit, Universit\u00e9 Roma Tre), apr\u00e8s avoir ouvert la r\u00e9union, ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le conf\u00e9rencier principal, M. John Beechey CBE (Associ\u00e9 fondateur de Beechey Arbitration et ancien Pr\u00e9sident de la Cour internationale d&#8217;arbitrage de la CCI).
