La conf\u00e9rence a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&#8217;occasion de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer le 10\u00e8me anniversaire du CEAC (Centre d&#8217;arbitrage europ\u00e9en chinois) et a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e par son Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le Professeur Eckart Br\u00f6dermann. Deux groupes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9s conjointement par La Professeure Anna Veneziano, Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9rale adjointe d\u2019UNIDROIT, le premier intitul\u00e9 \u201cPerspective du droit commun et du droit civil des Principes d&#8217;UNIDROIT\u201d, qui comptait M. Roger E. Barton (US), M. Mohamed hossam Loutfi (Egypte), Dharshini Prasad (Royaume-Uni), la Professeure Jingxia Shi (Chine, membre du Conseil de Direction d&#8217;UNIDROIT), le Professeur Stefan Vogenauer (Allemagne) et le Professeur Gerhard wegen (Allemagne), et le second groupe intitul\u00e9 \u201cl&#8217;interaction entre la CVIM et les Principes d&#8217;UNIDROIT \u2013 un sujet br\u00fblant pour les contrats li\u00e9s \u00e0 la Chine\u201d qui comptait M.
