La conf\u00e9rence, parrain\u00e9e par l&#8217;\u00e9cole de droit de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Washington et la Facult\u00e9 de droit de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Oxford, a abord\u00e9 un certain nombre de questions cl\u00e9s relatives \u00e0 l&#8217;interpr\u00e9tation et \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des trois Protocoles relatifs \u00e0 la Convention du Cap, ainsi qu\u2019aux d\u00e9veloppements du projet de Protocole MAC. En particulier, une analyse juridique comparative du Protocole MAC et des autres Protocoles a \u00e9t\u00e9 fournie par M. William Brydie-Watson, Fonctionnaire d\u2019UNIDROIT, en collaboration avec M.
