William Brydie-Watson, juriste, a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le Secr\u00e9tariat d\u2019UNIDROIT \u00e0 l\u2019occasion d\u2019un atelier APEC organis\u00e9 par le groupe Strengthening Economic and Legal Infrastructure (SELI) \u00a0du Comit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique APEC. UNIDROIT a particip\u00e9 en qualit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation h\u00f4te d\u2019APEC, un statut accord\u00e9 en 2017 \u00e0 la suite de sa participation \u00e0 d\u2019autres ateliers SELI en 2016 (P\u00e9rou) et en 2017 (Vietnam). Le Secr\u00e9tariat d\u2019UNIDROIT a fait deux pr\u00e9sentations, l\u2019une sur les instruments internationaux qui facilitent l\u2019emploi de la technologie moderne dans la gestion des contrats et l\u2019autre sur les instruments internationaux pour la pr\u00e9vention et la r\u00e9solution des diff\u00e9rends. Le Secr\u00e9tariat a \u00e9galement particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9union des Amis du Pr\u00e9sident SELI (FoTC) dimanche 4 mars apr\u00e8s-midi.
