Le Royaume du Swaziland n\u2019a pas fait de d\u00e9clarations. En vertu de l\u2019article 49(2) de la Convention, la Convention entrera en vigueur seulement apr\u00e8s l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur d\u2019un protocole.
