La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation \u00e9tait compos\u00e9e du Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de droit de l\u2019Etat de l\u2019Oural, le Professeur Victor D. Perevalov, du Directeur du BRICS Law Institute, le Professeur Danil V.
