Le 30 septembre 2016, Universit\u00e9 Roma Tre et UNIDROIT ont organis\u00e9 conjointement la Troisi\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la Conf\u00e9rence annuelle d\u2019arbitrage international intitul\u00e9e \u201cMandatory rules and international arbitrators, in the light of Article 1.4 of the UNIDROIT Principles\u201d. M. Alberto Mazzoni (Pr\u00e9sident d\u2019UNIDROIT), M. Jos\u00e9 Angelo Estrella Faria (Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019UNIDROIT) et M. Andrea Zoppini (Professeur, Universit\u00e9 Roma Tre) ont prononc\u00e9 des discours d\u2019introduction, suivis de la conf\u00e9rence inaugurale de M. Yves Derains (partenaire fondateur de Derains & Gavi, ancien Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale). Plus de 60 membres de la communaut\u00e9 internationale universitaire et juridique ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement qui s\u2019est conclu par une r\u00e9ception dans la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre Salle des Cartes de l\u2019Institut.<\/p>\n
