Les 30 et 31 mai 2016, le Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 UNIDROIT lors d\u2019une Conf\u00e9rence intitul\u00e9e \u201cNew Hungarian Civil Procedure Act and the Development of European Rules of Civil Procedure\u201d organis\u00e9e conjointement par l’ELI, le minist\u00e8re hongrois de la Justice, l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie des Sciences hongroise, l\u2019Institut d’\u00e9tudes juridiques et le Bureau national de la magistrature. L’\u00e9v\u00e9nement a eu lieu \u00e0 Budapest (Hongrie) \u00e0 l’Acad\u00e9mie de justice hongroise. Le projet ELI-UNIDROIT intitul\u00e9 \u201cDes principes transnationaux aux r\u00e8gles europ\u00e9ennes de proc\u00e9dure civile\u201d a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 un parterre d\u2019avocats hongrois. La Conf\u00e9rence s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e autour des cinq premiers th\u00e8mes du projet ELI-UNIDROIT suivis des pr\u00e9sentations des conf\u00e9renciers des diff\u00e9rents Groupes de travail ELI-UNIDROIT.<\/p>\n
