Au cours de cette r\u00e9union, ouverte par Alberto Mazzoni (Pr\u00e9sident d\u2019UNIDROIT) et pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le Prof. Giulio Bartolini (Universit\u00e9 Roma Tre), sont intervenus les Professeurs Luciano Tosi (Universit\u00e9 de P\u00e9rouse) et Ivan Ingravallo (Universit\u00e9 de Bari). M.
