DEPOSITARY FUNCTIONS OF UNIDROIT: RAIL PROTOCOL

Under Article XXXIV(1) of the Luxembourg Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters specific to Railway Rolling Stock UNIDROIT is designated as Depositary of the Protocol. The functions of the Depository are set out in the Rail Luxembourg Protocol (Art. XXXIV(2)).
