UNIDROIT AT FOURTH INTERNATIONAL COLLOQUIUM ON SECURED TRANSACTIONS IN VIENNA

On 15-17 March 2017, Deputy Secretary General Professor Anna Veneziano participated in the Fourth International UNCITRAL Colloquium on Secured Transactions in Vienna, in a panel entitled Technical assistance in secured transactions: coordination and cooperation with other organizations.. The colloquium was organised to discuss possible future work in the area of secured transactions and related areas further  to  the  completion  of  UNCITRAL’s  work on  a  guide  to  enactment  of  the  UNCITRAL Model Law on Secured Transactions.
