UNIDROIT Digital Assets and Private Law Project presented at the G7 Expert Meeting on Electronic Transferable Records

On 15 November 2021, UNIDROIT’s Digital Assets and Private Law Project (DAPL) was presented at the G7 Expert Level Working Group on Electronic Transferable Records as part of the G7 Digital and Technology Track workstream, led by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport of the United Kingdom.

The event featured presentations from Mr Matthew Kimber (Law Commission of England and Wales) on ‘Legal Reform to Accommodate Digital Assets’ and Mr Carlo Di Nicola (Senior Legal Officer, UNIDROIT) on ‘UNIDROIT’s Digital Assets and Private Law Project – A Brief Overview’.
