UNIDROIT Digital Assets and Private Law Project presented to ILA’s Committee on Digital Challenges for International Law

On 16 December 2021, Senior Legal Officer Carlo Di Nicola gave a presentation on UNIDROIT’s Digital Assets and Private Law Project to the panel session on digital data of the International Law Association’s (ILA) Committee on Digital Challenges for International Law, one of the working groups established for the ILA’s 150-year celebrations.

The coordinators of the panel are Anne-Thida Norodom, Professor (Public Law), Paris Descartes University, Aude Géry, Doctor in Law, Cybersecurity Specialist, and François Delerue, Cyberdefense and International Law Researcher, IRSEM. The input provided at the panel session will serve as background for the publication by the ILA of a White Paper on Digital Challenges for International Law.
