UNIDROIT TAKES PART IN COMMITTEE ON OFFENCES RELATING TO CULTURAL PROPERTY AT COUNCIL OF EUROPE

On 7-10 November 2016, Ms. Marina Schneider, UNIDROIT Senior Legal Officer and Treaty Depositary, took part in the 2nd Plenary Meeting of the Committee on Offences Relating to Cultural Property, held at the Council of Europe headquarters, in Strasbourg. The Committee is currently working on a draft criminal law Convention superseding and replacing the Council of Europe Convention on Offences relating to Cultural Property, also known as “the Delphi Convention”, as well as its draft Explanatory Report.
