CAPE TOWN CONVENTION AND AIRCRAFT PROTOCOL – ACCESSION BY ICELAND

ctc img01On 23 June 2020 Iceland’s instruments of accession to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and to the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters specific to Aircraft Equipment were deposited with UNIDROIT.

Iceland made declarations under Articles 39(1)(a)-(b), 40, 53, 54(2) and of 55 of the Convention, and under Articles XXX(1), XXX(2), XXX(3) and XXX(5) of the Aircraft Protocol. The Convention and the Aircraft Protocol will enter into force for Iceland on 1 October 2020.
