During the seminar, Dr. Palma illustrated to the participants the key pillars of the draft future instrument as it is currently being developed by the Working Group, and particularly the general aim and purposes of the instrument, its structure and relationship with the UPICC, and the approach to investors protections and sustainability commitments.

The seminar attracted wide participation from professors, young researchers and students, and recorded the presence, among others, of the Dean of the Faculty Professor Chao Xi, former Dean Professor Lutz-Christian Wolff, Professor Martin Jarrett, and Professor Shixue Hu, coordinator of the PhD school. The seminar concluded with a lively round of questions and answers and a lively exchange of ideas with participants.
