B&C LAW MEETS UNIDROIT – MASTER ON “BUSINESS AND COMPANY LAW: EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL PERSPECTIVES” – OPEN DAY

On 16 October 2015, the Secretary-General and Deputy Secretary-General of UNIDROIT were both invited to deliver lectures on the day of the launch of the 4th Edition of the Masters LUISS Business and Company Law (B&C Law). The event was very successful and recorded about fifty  participants, who attended the afternoon lectures on  “The Lex Mercatoria and the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts”, delivered by Deputy Secretary-General Anna Veneziano, and on an “Overview of the law of the international carriage of goods by sea as compared to carriage by road”, delivered by Secretary-General José Angelo Estrella Faria.
