THE 11TH TRANSNATIONAL COMMERCIAL LAW TEACHERS’ MEETING HOSTED BY THE QUEEN MARY-UNIDROIT INSTITUTE OF TRANSNATIONAL COMMERCIAL LAW

img01On 12-13 September 2019, the 11th Transnational Commercial Law Teachers’ Meeting was hosted in London by the Queen Mary-UNIDROIT Institute of Transnational Commercial Law, a joint venture between the Centre for Commercial Law Studies of the Queen Mary University of London and UNIDROIT.

Secretary-General Ignacio Tirado delivered the opening remarks with Sir Roy Goode, whereas Deputy Secretary-General Anna Veneziano moderated a panel on “Customary practices in the modern business context 1: Governance and Enforcement”, with the participation of Jeffrey Wool (Oxford University) and Thomas Kejiser (Radboud University).
