CAPE TOWN CONVENTION AND AIRCRAFT PROTOCOL – ACCESSION BY THE REPUBLIC OF ZAMBIA

ctc img01On 7 September 2020 Zambia’s instruments of accession to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and to the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters specific to Aircraft Equipment were deposited with UNIDROIT.

Zambia made declarations under Articles 39(1)(a)-(b) and 54(2) of the Convention, and no declaration was made under the Aircraft Protocol. The Convention and the Aircraft Protocol will enter into force for Zambia on 1 January 2021.
